We were highly impressed with Key Sigma’s friendly and professional approach. What initially seemed to us like a complicated accreditation process was made straightforward and manageable. Everything was explained clearly, in language we could understand, and we were given a well-structured and easy-to-follow route through to accreditation.
Of particular importance to us was their flexibility. One of our team members is an Armed Forces Reservist and, to support their service commitments, works flexible hours. Key Sigma were completely understanding of this and tailored the timing of the sessions around their availability.

Key Sigma have just led us at Elmrep through our re-certification of Cyber Essentials Plus and it has been really easy. They talked to our IT provider which took a lot of the hassle away from us and Alice was always happy to help when needed - Would highly recommend to anyone looking to achieve Cyber Essentials!

Andy and Alice have been amazing the help me complete Cyber Essentials and Plus in less than 48 hours.
Alice did everything via Teams (a site visit was offered as well) and we got through everything efficiently.
